About medical cannabis
Within Canada, you can carry medical cannabis with you as long as you have the correct documentation stating you are a recipient of medical marijuana. The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) allows medical patients to fly with cannabis. You can only carry a 30-day limit; which is a maximum of 150 grams of herbs. It is important to note, if you are carrying cannabis oil, you must remain within the limit for liquids, under 100ml. If you are travelling with edibles you made, you will have to abide by the formalities of travelling with food. Keep your medicine in your carry-on, sealed, odor-free, with the correct documentation, and you may want to give yourself additional time before your expected travel time. When following all of these procedures, it is perfectly legal to travel within Canada.
You cannot travel internationally, outside of Canada with cannabis, with or without a cannabis prescription. It is illegal to carry cannabis out of Canada’s borders – even if you are travelling to a country or state where medical or recreational cannabis is legal. We recommend purchasing medical cannabis upon arrival at your chosen destination. You can contact your destination’s local dispensary ahead of time to ensure your prescription is ready when you arrive.
All products sold on our website are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. CannMart Members have the following three shipping methods, with estimated average* associated delivery times, to choose from:

*Delivery times may exceed these averages from time to time but being centrally located in Toronto, Ontario allows us to ship packages across the country rapidly. With all of our shipping options, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow the package as it is in transit, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Orders completed after 3:00 p.m. EST on business days will be shipped the following day. Orders completed on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
Purolator does not deliver to PO Boxes or Canada Post FlexDeliveryTM addresses. If your shipping address is either, please select the Canada Post shipping option. Purolator packages shipped to PO Boxes or Canada Post FlexDeliveryTM addresses are returned to the depot and then back to us, at which point we are legally obligated to destroy the products.
CannMart only ships by secure couriers in odourless packaging as is required under the ACMPR. The shipping label does not indicate the business of origin is “CannMart”, “CannMart Inc” nor “Cannmart Corporation.”

Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges will be done in accordance with the ACMPR. Subject to any restrictions outlined in the ACMPR, CannMart will only accept returns/exchanges for reason of defect. If you are not satisfied with the medical cannabis you purchased and have reason to suspect it is defective, please call us and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange your product as a result of any form of adverse reaction, we ask you to contact us immediately and we will assist you in making necessary return arrangements.
